Our favorite success story is a Hunting Lodge we designed, built and furnished for a loyal family residing in Chicago. The site and new builder were located in South Dakota. 1,000 miles away, GEM in Colorado provided all of the: architecture, blueprints, material specifications and selections, bid reviews, project management, timeline supervision, budget control, interior furnishings, custom chandeliers, commissioned art and complete physical set-up of the Lodge. Our top notch communication, view of the big picture, attention to the million details and planning skills allowed us to complete the project in a record time of seven months. We provided the right environment where all participants would happily work together again and feel like extended family.
